Antonio was very helpful and quick to respond. We had a slight hiccup in our rooming, but Antonio was quick to resolved the issue, apologized, and made sure we were adequately taken care of on our nights there. The amenities in the apartment were spot on, helpful, and thoughtful - drying rack, kitchen set up (juicer, tea kettle, cappuccino maker), dishes, silverware, some snacks, extra pillow, towels, bathroom amenities, as well!

Of course, the apartment is in the hills and not being from the area (or having stayed in a B&B in Italy before), I wasn’t sure what to expect for walking or transport. Antonio was super helpful in giving directions and advice on what transport to use or how to use it best. I had my daughter with me and neither of us were up to the task of attempting to drive in Naples (and I use to drive in Chicago), so there was a lot of hiking into the downtown area and “gritty” was a legit way to describe a city that had a personality of its own. The city vibe has nothing to do with my host or his apartment. I wish I would have paid better attention to travel information and how to get around the city.
