Eating outlets nearby.
No aircon or ceiling fan. Sealing around bath leaked over the floor when showering. Expected daily unit service and not on request.

The views are spectacular, and access to the beach just across the road.
Very comfortable with simple gestures like tea, coffee, condiments and a well equipped kitchenette.
Although I didn’t meet her, Ilzemarie is hospitable and immediately available for anything required.
The window near the kitchen does require blinds as the street lights are a problem at night. This has been mentioned by previous guests.
The automated garage door and hot water issues were addressed very promptly.

Loft Charakter. Alles was man braucht ist da. Toller Blick aufs Meer aus dem Bett heraus. Aus dem Haus über die Straße und man ist am Strand!!
sehr laut da direkt an stark befahrener Straße. Aktuell wird an der Abwasserleitung neben dem Haus gebaggert. Geruchsbelästigung war zum Teil stark.
