The layout of the apartment was unbelievable. Ilzemarie made contact before arrival and everything was clearly communicated to us. Swadic ar the property was SUPER helpful and was there to assist whenever we needed him. The apartment was bigger than we imagined and everything and more was available for use. The property is pet friendly and having a washing machine available on the property was a major help. The beach was just accross the property amd the views are spectacular. During our stay Ilzemarie was in contact regularly to find out if everything is fine and if there was anything we needed. Thank you so very much for this amazing place. We will definitely be going there again.
We had to end our holiday and go home.

Excellent location right across from the beach. Having an on site parking garage was a huge plus - one per flat. Instructions and communication were very very good.
Only slight down side was the open bath shower in the front room. Just meant you had to be very careful so that there was limited leakage on the floor - although that was very hard and we had to place towels down to mop up.

Good value for money. The place was beautiful and clean... perfect location. Close to the airport, Kape Town, Stellenbosch, Strand ect. Lovely place located sentral....
The noice in the morning hours of the petrol station next to the complex. The noice of the water pressure pump was also annoying when sleeping.
