Amazon Condo, Building B, ground floor with direct pool access

You need a permit to park your bike in the parking area but you can park outside so no big issue.

A clean, cozy apartment on the ground floor of a good, relatively new condo. It faces north-northwest, so it is quite cool inside. From the balcony, there is access to the pool, though without a ladder. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay: dishes, a stove, a refrigerator, and towels. There is a sturdy bed and clean, new bed linen. A very, very good apartment for living or vacation.

The "House Rules" mention only a 3,000 baht deposit, but it turned out that's not all they ask for. I was required to pay 700 baht for cleaning and 100 baht per day for electricity. It’s not about the money, but it was extremely unpleasant to find out after booking. I hope this was an oversight and not a planned scam, and that these charges will either appear in the description or won't be asked for again. 100 baht/day for electricity is a lot—you'd need to use over 20 kWh a day. I offered to pay by the meter and the host, Nadine, agreed. However, no one took the readings at check-in (10:30 PM) or the next day. On the third day, I had to contact the administration and take a photo of the meter myself to send to Nadine. When we checked out at 5:00 PM, the staff checked the apartment but didn't bring the deposit, saying they forgot it. We said we would wait for them to go get it. Luckily we had time before our flight, otherwise, we would have left without the deposit. They also didn't intend to take meter readings at checkout, claiming the person with the keys had already left. I had to call Nadine to settle the payment. I don't know if this was an attempt to trick tourists or just total carelessness, but it was very unpleasant.
