Lumina I 2-room Apartment with Balcony I near the Old Town

The apartment was a good size and well equipped, with a great kitchen and a comfortable bed in the bedroom. The location was excellent, and being able to check in early was a real bonus. As everything was perfect, we didn't need to contact the host during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again.

There was some drilling noise from another flat on one day, but this was outside the host's control.

Тонкие стены. В подъезде во время пребывания постоянно сверлили стены днем, а вечером и ночью соседи устраивали пьянки и разборки до 5 утра. Выспаться было невозможно, это омрачило впечатление

Good location from center of Warsaw. About a 10-15 minute walk.

Very difficult to find the entrance. The instructions were not clear on where the door was located. The entrance was in the back of the building and if it was at night it would be impossible to find. The response from staff was poor. It took hours to get answers to questions when we made requests via booking.com’s messaging service. For example there was no toilet paper in the apartment and when we messaged that there was none we asked if it could be delivered or should we purchase it ourselves. We never received an answer. The apartment was not well stocked with kitchen utensils or cooking appliances. Not such a big deal but if you are planning to cook meals it will be challenging. The WiFi username and password was wrong and of course we didn’t get the right username and password until the next day so we had no WiFi or television for 24 hours.
