Clean, spacious. Well kept garden and comfy bed. Good facilities, water filter, kitchen equipment and TV. Good communication over what's app.
Alto feels like a safe and peaceful town but the security cameras in and around the building and signage saying we are being recorded felt a little overkill.
I'll frame this with, perhaps I was a bit unlucky..
Upstairs noise. Moving furniture, running around, banging/dropping items on the floor. Very little soundproofing so all noise was amplified downstairs. Maybe consider moving families with small children / long term guests to the ground floor to minimise noise?

Principalmente do atendimento do Gilson, sempre presente e disposto a nos auxiliar. O café da manhã preparado por ele especialmente para o nosso grupo foi excelente!
O quarto em que ficamos não tinha ar condicionado, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia.

Local muito bom, apartamento novo, limpinho, roupas de cama e banho muito boas e muito bem equipado, faltou microondas e mais travesseiros
Local fica proximo a uma quadra em que houve shows no carnaval, o barulho foi intenso à noite evitando o sono bom
Sofá cama extremamente duro, muito dificil para quem dormiu na sala
Não tem ar condicionado na sala - onde tem 2 locais para dormir
