Es ist eine sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung in einem wunderschönen Altbauhaus, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Dominik, der Gastgeber, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und der Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert. Er ist gut zu erreichen und kann viele Tipps für den Aufenthalt geben. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kochplatte und kleinem Ofen ist sehr praktisch. Die Lage der Wohnung nah an U-Bahn, Bus und Tram ist ausgezeichnet.
Die hellen, gelben Vorhänge verdunkeln die Wohnung nicht, sodass es in der Wohnung sehr hell ist, sobald es draußen hell ist. Aufgrund der Altbaufenster und des Kopfsteinpflasters in der Straße hört man die Autos recht deutlich, es ist allerdings eine sehr wenig befahrene Seitenstraße.
Für mich persönlich war das kein Minuspunkt und es hat mich auch nicht gestört, aber es ist vielleicht gut zu wissen.

Charming studio in a beautiful, restored old building. Spacious rooms, attractive décor, and very clean. Everything works perfectly.
The small kitchenette is very handy for breakfast and simple meals. The large bed is comfortable and ensures a good night’s sleep. The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the edge of the historic city center.
It is an excellent starting point for lovely walks, which the host marks out on a map and explains in helpful comments. Dominik is a cosmopolitan architect, very friendly and full of tips and information about the city. An ideal base from which to explore Berlin.

la posizione , la qualità complessiva della struttura esattamente rispondente alle foto viste sul sito . Il proprietario Dominik è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile . Zona molto centrale e tranquilla, ho sempre dormito molto bene .
Sono stato completamente soddisfatto sotto tutti gli aspetti per cui non c'è stato veramente niente che non mi sia piaciuto. Se in futuro dovessi tornare a Berlino cercherei sicuramente di tornare ad alloggiare lì .

Location of the apartment was perfect. Just a few blocks in either direction from metro/tram stations. Very quiet location as well. In Rosenthalerplatz there are great food options.
