The location was excellent. The room itself was well-equipped. The remote staff is very kind.
The lack of a front desk should have been announced more clearly in advance, as the check-in process was quite troublesome. While the staff provided prompt and kind remote assistance, there were limits to what they could do. The threshold/door mechanism in the shower room was broken. Also, I would have liked the sheets changed at least once every three days. Amenities (water, towels) were not replenished unless I specifically asked. The Wi-Fi was possible only on the 1st day and did not work after; after I reported the issue, I was directed to use an alternative connection. I would have liked a manual for the coffee machine. Footsteps from the floor above could be heard clearly.
