Location was perfect, short walk from Croyde beach.
When we arrived we noticed all the windows were open. Walking in the property smelt damp. This was proven when in the bedrooms the walls were visibly wet. This made for an uncomfortable night's rest.
There was also no water pressure for the hot water in the kitchen and it took and age for the trickle of water to get even remotely warm.
The bottom of the stairs the retaining grip the screws weren't screwed in fully and my son caught his feet on them a couple of times. They didn't look as though they were the correct screws.
