The hotel was spotless, modern and very comfortable, with excellent facilities and a great location. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a good experience. One member of staff in particular went above and beyond when I thought I had lost my passport. They spent a significant amount of time helping me, making phone calls, ringing around different locations and even offered to drive to the airport to assist in locating it. I was genuinely overwhelmed by the level of care and kindness shown. Customer service like that is very rare and deserves recognition.
Very little to complain about. If I had to mention anything, there could be a little more variety at breakfast, but overall the experience was excellent.

The property was new so everything was in great shape. The services and the staff were outstanding. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed during our stay. The infinity pool and suntan area was very pleasant.
Sometimes there was some construction noise in the evenings or at night. The hotel is 10 minutes ride on an uber to shopping centers to eat or shop.
