Experience the vibrant energy of Victoria’s working harbour at the Inner Harbour Retreat, located in the iconic building. Situated in the heart of Old Town, this steel-and-concrete condo blends industrial charm with modern style, offering a "Walker’s Paradise" right on the water’s edge.

Step outside onto the David Foster Harbour Pathway for a scenic stroll to the Parliament Buildings and the Empress Hotel. You are steps away from the historic gates of Chinatown, the boutiques of Lower Johnson Street (LoJo), and local favorites like Market Square and artisan cafes. The suite features a queen bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper, a cozy gas fireplace, and a dedicated workspace.

The common area included with this unit is the rooftop deck with an outside BBQ patio area with views from the Parliament buildings to the open ocean. It is the perfect place for relaxing, indulging, and taking in those beautiful seaside harbour views. This is such a great complex, and we have multiple units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $290 that will be added at the time of booking. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
