About this apartment rental
A central, residential location.
A/C in bed & living rooms. A small verandah big enough for afternoon drinks.
50" smart TV, comfy open plan sitting room/dinning. hot water in kitchen sink and shower
The beach is 4 or 5 minutes walk away and a local store and a couple of bars, 2 minutes walk. Bridgetown approx 6 bus stops away. & bus to the West coast 3 mins,. Cafes/restaurants, nightlife- close by at lst Lawrence gap, Worthing square, Savvy on the beach, yacht & cruising club s & Oistins
The space
There are approx 10 steps up to the apartment. A Keylock safe is provided for flexible check in.
50" smart TV, comfy open plan sitting room/dinning. Hot water in kitchen & shower. No hot water in the bathroom sink.
The water heater needs to be put on for a couple of hours before use but we generally leave it for about 4 hours then it lasts for a few days. Board games can be found in the coffee table draw. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There is a shared laundry but currently there is no guard rail on the back steps to get there. The pegs are kept in the backyard on the line. The AC must be turned off when guests leave the premises. In order to lock the front door from both in and outside, the knob on the door needs to be facing vertically. In addition, if leaving someone in the apartment but locking the door, leave the keyhole facing vertically. For safety guests can exit the front or back of the property. The water pressure is generally very good but every now and then it can become low.
