It has a comfortable sofa, dining area and kitchen, integrated into the living space, fully equipped with hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, crockery and kitchen utensils, perfect for preparing your own meals.

Spacious double bedroom with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe and a warm atmosphere typical of mountain homes. Ideal for total rest and relaxation.

To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.

Before your arrival, I will make sure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.
There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom, I also inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide our guests with any kind of food even just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.
