The trash is collected in Champions Gate at 9:00 am daily, 7 days a week, any trash put out after the given time is now at risk to become missed.
-Place trash inside the beige bin outside or just leave it by the front door.
-Place All Trash Inside Bags.
-Place All Trash Out Before The Scheduled Time.
-All Boxes Must Be Broken Down.
-No Loose Trash Will Be Collected.
-Only Household Trash Will Be Collected.
-Any Bulk Items Must Be Called In.

Checking Out:
We ask that you please depart the property by 10:00 am on the date of your check-out. Please make sure you have all your personal items and lock all windows and doors. Your door code will not be valid after check-out time unless a late check-out has been arranged.
