The Space:
Welcome to Green Mountain Modern House! Our unique, contemporary home is in the heart of the Green Mountain National Forest, all while offering all the perks of modern luxury. 10 minutes to Stratton Mountain. The house features a large, open kitchen, dining and living room, indoor wood stove available for guest use, sauna (perfect for post-ski relaxation), brand new mini-split AC and heating system throughout the house, additional radiant floor heating, organic bed linens and towels, spectacular views of Ball Mountain Brook, an awesome outdoor area with a deck, Breeo firepit, Adirondack chairs, picnic table and Weber grill, on-demand backup generator for peace of mind, EV Charger, Starlink WiFi (200Mbps), dedicated desk / workspace area, two 60" TVs, Roku TV, Nintendo Classic Mini, and a downstairs lounge area with games! Four-legged friends welcome!
Our home sits alongside the Ball Mountain Brook, which has private access right across the street. Great for sitting alongside the water and summertime wading. And if you are interested in swimming, our local swimming hole, Pikes Falls, is located on our street just two miles down.
In addition, The Green Mountain Modern House is just minutes away from some of the best attractions in Southern Vermont:

* Pikes Falls Swimming Hole: 5 minutes
* Stratton Mountain Resort: 10 minutes

Guest Access:
We want you to feel right at home. Guests will have access to the whole house other than one owner's closet, which will be locked. All outdoor areas, including fire pit are available for guests to enjoy.
The Neighborhood:
Jamaica is a wonderful artist community tucked away in the Green Mountains. And central to four awesome ski mountains! The house itself is tucked away in the Green Mountain National Forest and our property sits alongside the peaceful and relaxing Ball Mountain Brook.
Other Things to Note:
Bringing your pup along? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along when you make your reservation.
Please note that Green Mountain Modern House is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
