At the foot of the residence, you have direct access through the gardens to an outdoor swimming pool open from May to October. A short walk away are the various beaches around the Marina, with their fine, golden sand shores lined with palm trees where parrots live.
The proximity of the water sports center allows you to enjoy a wide range of water sports.
We are close to numerous shops and restaurants, the Costa Brava, and the Marina. A car is not essential, but we can recommend car rental companies at Malaga Airport, located 9 km away, or in the city. Secure communal parking is available within the residence.

Therefore, depending on your age and mobility limitations, we strongly recommend that you travel by taxi (low fares), car, walking sticks, or other means of transportation.
