Piraeus Metro Station (Line 1 - Green Line) is about 10–12 minutes on foot. This line connects directly to:
Monastiraki (historic center of Athens) – ~25 minutes
Omonia and Syntagma Squares (central Athens) – ~30–35 minutes
Athens Airport (via Line 3, with transfer) – ~1 hour

Several bus and trolleybus lines run along Alkiviadou Street and nearby avenues, including:
Routes to central Athens, Pasalimani, and Freattyda Beach
Night buses for late travel
Useful lines: 040 (Syntagma–Piraeus), 909, and 843 (circling the port area)

We are pleased to offer you the convenience of transportation to and from Athens International Airport, provided by our trusted and vetted drivers. Please note that children aged 2 and above will be counted as guests and should be included in your reservation. Additionally, we can provide a baby crib upon request, for an additional charge of €15.

We are committed to providing our guests with a comfortable and convenient stay, and we hope these additional services will enhance your experience with us.
1. Parties or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
2. Any individuals or groups found to have booked the property with the intent of hosting a party or gathering will be required to cancel their booking, and no refund will be provided.
3. Only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted to enter the property.
4. Guests must ensure that the keys to the property are not left behind in the lock and that any lost keys are reported immediately. The cost of replacing the lock will be the responsibility of the guest.
5. Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable level of noise during quiet hours, which are between 1 pm and 5 pm and after 10 pm until 7 am.
6. In compliance with local regulations, the passport number of the individual who booked the property will be required. Greek citizens are also required to provide their AFM number.
7. Guests are responsible for providing an accurate count of the number of guests staying in the property, including children of age 2 and above. Additional bed linens may be provided upon request for an additional charge.
8. Checkout is at 11:00 am, unless an alternate time has been agreed upon in advance. Any guests found to be on the property after checkout time will be charged the daily rate.
9. Guests are responsible for ensuring that the high-quality white sheets and towels provided are not stained. Any damages will be charged to the guest.
10. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and any guests found to have smoked inside will be charged a penalty of €150.
11. Commercial use of the property, including photoshoots and video shoots, is only permitted with the prior consent of the property owner. Different rates apply for commercial use.
12. Shipping packages or mail to the property is not permitted and the property owner is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.
13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Any guests found to be in violation of these rules will be held liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
14. When reporting any issues with the property, guests authorize the property owner to access the property as necessary to address the issue.
