One of the best parts of Sons of Beaches is being able to leave the cars in the driveway and explore Ocean Isle Beach on foot.
The Museum of Coastal Carolina is directly across the way, Town Center Park is adjacent to the property, and two different beach access points are about a 3–4 minute walk away. During the summer concert season, settle into the front deck seating to people-watch and enjoy the music from the nearby park.

PRIVATE POOL + OUTDOOR LIVING
The fenced private pool is the home's main outdoor gathering space. The mostly sunny pool area offers sun loungers, tables, and chairs for afternoons spent swimming and relaxing.
The gas grill is located nearby in a shaded area with a table, and an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the beach.
The rear decks offer peekaboo ocean views. The mid-level rear deck has a table and chairs, while the top-level rear deck features a picnic table. The front deck offers additional seating and a great vantage point for watching the activity around this central part of the island.
KITCHEN + LIVING
Two separate living spaces give larger groups room to spread out.
The mid-level den includes a Queen sleeper sofa and games, while the top-level main living room includes a second Queen sleeper sofa.
The fully equipped kitchen includes one refrigerator, a drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Smart TVs are provided in every room, along with high-speed WiFi throughout the property.

All Pier 42 properties are smoke-free and drug-free. Smoking, vaping, and recreational drug use are not permitted.
PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted unless otherwise authorized at this property. Failure to acquire proper authorization will incur additional fees.
This policy should not be interpreted as a guarantee that animals have never been present at the property. Trained service animals are permitted as required by applicable law. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted unless otherwise required by applicable law or applicable booking platform policy.
POOL HEATING
Optional pool heating is available for a minimum of 3 nights and is offered by request outside the period from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to check-in.
Pool temperature cannot be guaranteed and is affected by weather and environmental conditions. Under favorable conditions, heating may raise the water temperature approximately 20–30°F above its natural temperature.
Once pool heating service has begun, refunds are available only in the event of a pool pump failure that prevents the service from being provided. Refunds are not provided due to weather, environmental conditions, achieved water temperature, personal preference, early termination of service, or unused heating days.

GAS GRILL
A gas grill is provided. Propane is not supplied. Guests may bring their own propane tank or, after booking, arrange propane delivery through available guest services.
ELEVATOR
A passenger elevator is available for guest use. Please follow all provided operating and safety instructions.
PARKING
Parking is available for a maximum of 7 vehicles.
SAFETY
Fire pits and deep fryers are prohibited.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals. Admin fees are non-refundable.
