About this farm stay rental
STAY IN ONE OF OUR BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED BARN STUDIOS. ROMANTIC, BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE and COZY.
We are a quick 3 MILES to LU and close to food and shopping.
Stay some place different!
Inspired by turn of the century, romantic, New England coastal cottages, the tiny 15x15 studios offer authentic wood paneling and cathedral ceilings for a unique, cottage like warmth.
The studios have a great location in a great part of town. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE IN THE CITY AND NOT IN THE COUNTRY.
The studios offer their own private bathrooms and private entrances leading out to the garden area.
If you don`t feel like going outside, grab a book and relax on the built in sofa or comfortable QUEEN SIZE mattress. Each studio has a SMART TV and HI-SPEED WIFI.
The kitchenettes offer a sink, fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
PLEASE NOTE: Our studios are TINY and original designed for two people. The built in couch can accommodate a child or small person. We do not recommend the built in couch for adults.
The tiny barn studio apartments are part of the original barn located on the property dating back to the early 1800’s.
Guests have their own entrance to come and go as they wish. Guests can explore the five acres of woods, field and creek.
The property consists of the main house, guest house and 3 barn studios.
We are available via messaging through the Airbnb app
1. There are 3 tiny studio apartments in the barn.
2. Please be considerate of other guests. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am.
3. We are located in the the city on a main road and not in the country. 99% of guests aren`t bothered with any road noise, but there is always someone that will complain.
4. The TINY studio apartments are TINY. Please don`t book our TINY apartment and then complain that it is TINY.
