This Ground floor unit is located in the Electric Pass Lodge, and combines cozy mountain comfort with sophisticated, eco-friendly design and convenience. With an amazing patio for outdoor entertainment and easy access to the unit and/or all amenities. Nestled in the heart of Snowmass Base Village, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and activities just steps from your door. Amenities include an on-site pool, hot tubs, air conditioning, true ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, and direct trail access in the summer.
Please note: construction noises may occur due to exciting improvements happening on the east end of Snowmass Base Village with the new Stratos development adjacent to Electric Pass Lodge.
The Space:
The unit is on the ground floor and has a nice patio with lounge seating and direct access to pool/garden side of the building facing South. Ensuite primary bathroom, living room with fireplace, guest bathroom with bathtub and full well equipped kitchen. Ideal for your family!
Guest Access:
Guests will use the DOOR app (formerly Latch) to access all doors in the building. The app allows access directly from your phone and will require emails for all individual users. Door access will be requested prior to check-in.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Snowmass Base Village, the building sits between Wood Road, Viceroy hotel, and is within an easy walking distance to retail and restaurants in the heart of the Village. Guests are also able to access the state-of-the-art SBV Fitness Center in the neighboring One Snowmass West building.
Getting Around:
Ski-In access is via Bridges slope directly to the building. To Ski-Out, take Bridges to the Assay Hill chair lift.
If traveling within Snowmass Village, guests can ride the free, year-round Snowmass Village Shuttle. For real time schedules and to schedule on-demand rides, download the Snowmass Village Shuttle app.
If traveling to Aspen or Down Valley, the property is a short walk away from the RFTA transit center which provides free, year-round routes to Aspen and Down Valley. Traveling between Snowmass Village and Aspen is free, easy, and convenient regardless of the season. RFTA buses depart from the Snowmass Mall bound for the Rubey Park Station in downtown Aspen daily. For Aspen/Snowmass and Down Valley information visit RFTA's website for up-to-date schedule information.
Other Things to Note:
Each unit gets one free, covered parking spot (unassigned, first come, first served) in the EPL garage, If parking is not possible, The Snowmass Public Parking Garage is available.
One ski locker is available per unit, please, don't bring the equipment inside the apartment.
