This spacious family home is located in Lincoln Beach, a community that sits about three miles up the coast from downtown Depoe Bay. It's the perfect home base on the Central Oregon Coast, with a local grocery store just steps from the house. You'll have a driveway that can fit a truck towing a small boat, and easy walking access to the beach within three blocks. Boiler Bay State Scenic Viewpoint (two miles), the OPRD Whale Watching Center (three miles), and Lincoln City (nine miles) are all within a quick, scenic drive.
What makes this home so special is the space it offers both to gather and to find privacy at the end of each day. Stroll home, wet and tired after a gorgeous day at the beach, to unwind outside on the covered deck.
