Stay close to everything in this simple, centrally located 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo in downtown Cozumel. Just one block from the oceanfront and a short walk to the main square, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, this budget-friendly home offers A/C in every room, WiFi, a full kitchen, and sleeping space for up to seven guests. It’s a practical home base for families, divers, or anyone exploring the island on foot.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living area with sofas, a TV, a sleeper sofa for added space, and an open dining area. The kitchen includes basic cookware and essentials for simple meal prep. The bedrooms feature one king bed in the primary room and two double beds in the second bedroom, making the layout comfortable for groups needing extra sleeping space. The bathroom includes a standard shower with hot water, and each room has its own A/C unit for added comfort during warmer days.

Guests have private access to the full condo—including the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, sleeper sofa, and bathroom—and may use the shared outdoor areas around the complex.
