Loxton holiday home is centrally located within 350m walk to main street, shops, cafes, hotel. and Murray River.
The Murray river is a short 5 minute walk at the end of the street.
A charming mount gambier stone home built in 1949 that is a family and pet friendly (1 small dog at owners discretion) holiday rental situated in the heart of Loxton with a short walk to the River!
A great opportunity for a small family or friends to relax in Loxton. Sleeps up to 8 in total.
Easy walk to the Main street and all its facilities.
Grassed fully fenced backyard to bring one small pet along too at owners discretion.
Ducted Reverse cycle air conditioning to cool/heat the whole home.
Wheelchair ramp at the rear of the property for easy access.
Main bedroom includes a queen bed, T.V and chair to read a book or enjoy a cuppa.
Bedroom 2 queen bed
Bedroom 3 queen bed and 2 single beds.
Games room with a selection puzzles and games
Dining includes a dining table that seats 8.
Large lounge room.
Large flat screen TV
Games room has a range of games provided to suit all ages and a variety of tastes.
Kitchen includes electric stove and oven, Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, Jaffle maker, slow cooker, steamer, pots and pans,
fridge/freezer and microwave with ample bench space.
Kitchen table and 2 chairs.
NO DISHWASER
Bathroom with double shower, and toilet.
Second toilet under enclosed veranda in laundry.
Linen and towels provided.
Washing machine and ironing board available in the laundry and Laundry trough with shower hose to wash the a small dog if needed.
Large backyard with fenced grassed area for your pet at owners discretion.
Under cover patio area for entertaining outside.
Lots of room for the family and pet!
Plenty of area to park cars and a boat around in the back yard.
Maximum stay 1 week. Longer maybe available by negotiation

If all bedrooms are not required on booking those unused bedrooms will be closed off. Any damages to property requiring repairs or replacement or stains on carpet requiring professional cleaning will be at guests expense.

It was a Home aw.ay from Home, even had cooking utensils so my daughter could prepare an 80th birthday cake. I love all the board games, jigsaws and The Ultimate Bingo Game. So many memories were created. Thank you Leanne

Really lovely house. We were impressed by the cleanliness. Everything you would need was there. Very comfortable lounge and we loved the fresh flowers on the tables. Just fantastic.

Such a great place to stay, perfected kitted out. Had everything we needed, close to everything in Loxton too.
