It is only a 5 minutes' walk to the main street of Clare to popular Restaurants and Cafes, or you can indulge with drinks on the wide veranda and enjoy the garden before a self-prepared meal from the kitchen. Visitors will enjoy this spacious house with 1 large king size bedroom with a walk-in robe and ensuite, and 2 large Queen size bedrooms with a shared bathroom. We have 2 living areas with air-conditioning and a combustion heater in the larger living space for added ambience through the chilly winters. A fully equipped chef's kitchen including an espresso machine will entice the travelling foodie as well as the outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities and an outside TV offer the opportunity for further, relaxation and entertainment with friends. Breakfast provisions are provided and there is off street parking for 4 vehicles.
