- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190) with en-suite shower room
- Shower room (with shower and WC)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 4 x 2 m, accessible all year round
- A private, enclosed, west-facing 200 m² garden
- 25 m² west-facing terrace with outdoor furniture
- Balconies of 6 m² and 8 m², accessible from the bedrooms and living room
