* 2nd Bedroom: One Double bunk
* The spacious backyard is a real highlight, featuring a swingset for the children and a firepit perfect for toasting marshmallows.
* Parking: Off-street parking with undercover carport.
* Heating & Cooling: Split system air conditioner providing both heating and cooling.
* Internet: Unlimited Wi-Fi internet available for your use.
* Weber BBQ
* Laundry with washing machine & dryer.

GUEST GUIDELINES & CODE OF CONDUCT
This house is located in a family residential area. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise levels down, particularly between 10:30pm and 8am (EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours).
STRICTLY NO PARTIES. This is a family area and noise complaints will not be tolerated.
PETS: Pets are welcome! Both front and back yards are fully fenced. Please ensure you clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outside rubbish bin.
