The ground level features parking for multiple vehicles, covered outdoor space, and a private hot-and-cold outdoor shower. An elevator services every floor for added convenience.
On Level 2, you’ll find three comfortable guest rooms:
- A king suite with a private ocean-view balcony and en-suite bathroom
- A queen room with its own sound-view balcony
- A twin room with two twins and a trundle, also with a sound-view balcony
- A shared hallway bathroom is also located on this floor.
Level 3 offers a bright, open layout with water views in every direction. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a work island with bar seating, and everything you need for family meals. The dining area and living room flow onto a covered balcony—perfect for relaxing, dining, or enjoying the sunset. A half bath completes this level.
