OUR NEWEST LISTING! As long-time hosts, we welcome you to relax in our peaceful spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath home in east Boulder county, city of Lafayette, 15 minutes to downtown Boulder. Our clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated home is in a quiet suburban neighborhood, 8 miles from downtown Boulder, 35 minutes to Denver and DIA, 2 blocks to bus stop. Short walk to a fabulous French bakery, restaurants, cute shops, cafes and groceries. Our spacious family home features a kitchen/great room with sliding doors leading to the deck (with BBQ) and large 1/3 acre yard that backs to open space. Privacy, quiet and room to roam.
The private main floor primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd story has 3 bedrooms (a king bed, a queen bed, and a full-size bed ) and full bathroom with two sinks, a shower and tub. Comfortably sleeps 7. A dedicated office, separate dining room, living room and laundry room - everything you need to relax and be comfortable while visiting beautiful Boulder.

The house was lovely and very clean. The backyard was beautiful and we especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the birds at the bird feeder. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Everything was very well marked as to how to use it. I would stay here again if I came back to the area. We were there for our son’s graduation from CU Boulder. This property was very convenient for getting to the university.
