About this apartment rental
Winner of 2002 Mayor's Award for Heritage Renovation, beautiful, bright duplex combines old-world charm & modern convenience. Sunny ground-floor garden apartment w/high ceilings. This unit can be combined with Heritage Award Winning Downtown Garden Duplex, the downstairs unit, as the locked door connecting the two apartments can be opened if you rent both. You would then have a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with two full kitchens, two decks and a separate living room. PEI Tourism License #2203134
The space:
Hardwood flooring and linoleum in bathroom and kitchen. Recently purchased fridge. Small deck with ladder to yard. Privacy - just one other unit in house, which may or may not have a guest. There is a locked laundry room which is shared with the guest in the upstairs apartment. If you are self-isolating, we will create a schedule for the laundry room to be cleaned and sanitized before and after each guest, to maintain quarantine rules.
Other things to note:
We do have two cats, Björn and Mochi, who move out with us when we rent to guests. We do vacuum, mop and clean upholstery when we get ready to host, however, we want those with severe allergies to be aware of this.
