Changes Within 48 Hours of Checkout: Reservation alterations requested within 48 hours of checkout may incur an additional cleaning fee equal to the original cleaning fee because cleaning services are scheduled in advance.

Please note that any reservation alteration, including but not limited to extending your may incur an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the original cleaning fee charged for the reservation. This is because professional cleaning services are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for your checkout date. Once scheduled, cleaning vendors may charge cancellation or modification fees if the reservation is altered at short notice. By requesting an alteration within 48 hours of checkout, guests acknowledge and agree to this additional cleaning charge.
