About this house rental

Contemporary entire house (not a townhome) in the Munger Place Historic District; a 1 minute drive to Deep Ellum & a few minutes to Downtown, Lowest Greenville, Knox & Henderson, & Bishop Arts.

There are 3 bedrooms (one with 2nd sofa and TV) and an open living room + dining room that merges with the kitchen's quartz countertops and modern appliances, stocked with staple kitchenware for culinary artists in town. The house also boasts a front and back porch, a spacious backyard, and a fire pit. No pet fee for 2 cats or 2 very small dogs (less than 20 lbs).
