Welcome to our newly constructed 2-bedroom and 1-bath legal basement guest suite, situated in the NW Calgary community of Nolan Hill!
The space
This modern, minimalist and 2025 built 2-bedroom, 1-bath legal basement guest suite offers comfort, privacy, and convenience.
Enjoy your own private entrance, a relaxing living area with a 50" Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove and oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, cookware, and dining essentials.
Both bedrooms include fresh linens, ample closet storage, and blackout curtains for restful sleep. Extra mattresses and crib available upon request free of charge.
The bathroom is accessible with a walk-in shower with seat and grab bar, also comes stocked with towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and take advantage of free in-suite laundry with built-in automatic detergent and fabric softener dispenser, separate heating and temperature control, and designated parking spot.
Other things to note
We live on the main floor with our small hypoallergenic Shihtzu. Rest assured, the guest suite is entirely private, with no shared living areas.
Please note that the guest suite is not pet-friendly at this time and a non-smoking/smoke-free accommodation.
