Welcome to our modern vacation home “Röverland,” featuring 105 m² of living space designed for your comfort—here, up to 6 people can relax and unwind. Your vacation home combines comfort, spaciousness, and a family-friendly atmosphere in a welcoming living environment; it’s quiet and centrally located on Upholmstraße, near the Old Lighthouse. Just a 5-minute bike ride and you’re at the North Sea!
The townhouse was recently renovated (2026) and now shines in new splendor. The spacious living area spans three floors (first floor, first floor, and attic) and offers opportunities for both cozy get-togethers and peaceful retreats. Three separate bedrooms (first floor and attic) with double beds provide the perfect setting for your vacation with family or friends. The beautiful terrace is perfect for a leisurely breakfast and relaxing in the evening.
On the first floor, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area where you can unwind after a bike ride or a day at the beach. Underfloor heating (first floor) provides cozy warmth on cooler days. The comfortable sofa and a large dining table invite you to linger. For your entertainment, a TV, radio, and Wi-Fi are available.
The open kitchen adjoins the living area and is equipped with modern appliances: A 4-burner ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, egg cooker, blender, kettle, and coffee maker ensure flexibility and convenience for self-catering. Here, you can quickly and easily prepare delicious meals and snacks for your outings.
Two modern bathrooms with natural light, as well as an additional guest restroom (first floor), ensure a relaxing experience when vacationing with a group. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with two sinks, a toilet, and a shower; the bathroom on the top floor also features a shower and a toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
For young North Sea vacationers, a high chair, a crib, a changing pad, outlet covers, a child safety gate, and some children’s toys are provided.
A private parking space right next to the house, as well as a lockable area for bicycles, handcarts, and other items, provide additional convenience.

The “Röverland” vacation home—part of “Vacation Home Upholmstraße 105a” —is located near the Old Lighthouse, the Local History Museum, the popular Upholmhof, and the “Alt-Borkum” restaurant. In just a few minutes, you can reach the charming center of Borkum with its small shops, cafés, and restaurants.
You can reach the North Beach, the promenade, and the South Beach in 5 minutes by bike (about 20 minutes on foot). Here you’ll find family-friendly swimming areas, a section of beach patrolled by the DLRG (German Life Saving Association) at each location, and numerous beach chairs. The North Beach also offers a variety of beach activities (seasonal).
A bus stop and the train station are located 800 m from the house.
