Guest access
Guests will access the apartment via fob and key which is located in the letter box just outside the building at the entry.
The fob key will allow access to the ground floor lift. Using the same fob key, it will also allow access to Level 1 where the apartment is located.
Street parking also available on Lonsdale St. The street is barricaded and split in two with pedestrians access to both sides of Lonsdale St is available.
Underground parking spot is also available. Entry into the carpark is on Catherine St, Using the same fob key to open the garage doors

There is a strict no party policy for this building, as it caters for families with children
