We chose this property primarily for its proximity to family, which was convenient, but overall the stay was disappointing.The biggest issues were functionality. The second bathroom had no hot water at all, making it unusable, and none of the TVs worked for the entire stay. The living room outlets were also not working initially and had to be fixed during our stay.While there was a virtual support system that responded quickly, actual on-site service didn’t happen until the weekday. We stayed for five days, including the weekend when we needed support most, so the issues remained unresolved during a significant portion of our stay.There were also a number of smaller frustrations—very minimal supplies (no shampoo or conditioner, limited cooking basics), only one set of keys provided (with an added charge for a second), and unreliable building access due to inconsistent key fob recognition, which often forced us to walk around the building to get in.Overall, the location was great, but the experience didn’t match expectations given the price and advertised amenities.
