The hot tub was wonderful, and it was very well decorated. Our only problem was the heat directly went upstairs and in order to keep it comfortable downstairs, it was unbearably hot upstairs. It got up to 85 degrees the first night. I feel that the thermostat was faulty because we finally had the thermostat on 60 and it was ok upstairs but a slight bit cool downstairs Otherwise it was marvelous.

Unfortunately, i cannot leave a very good review here. I was once again disappointed by corporate America. There is a HUGE difference between renting from private cabin owners and ones ran by corporations. The attention to detail is missed completely. This cabin was in poor disrepair.(We own a construction company so we see these things.)Nothing was maintained. Light bulbs burnt out. Nails sticking up all thru the deck. Deck spindles loose(which is a HUGE safety hazard). Back door handle hanging halfway off. No screens in any windows(safety hazard). Windows not staying up when opened(safety hazard). Fan blades loose(safety hazard). Hot tub smelled stale, water was dirty. Not very kid friendly. The description was quite misleading. We had just been in Pigeon Forge a month ago, except our cabin wasnt part of a corporate subdivision. You can definitely tell the difference. Vacasa definitely needs to improve its standards. I have plenty of pics if needed to corroborate my disappointment.
