Located 70 meters from the beach (one block), our condominium has a club concept - complete leisure facilities with 3 swimming pools, playroom, sauna, gym equipped with new equipment and restaurant with breakfast. Garage for 2 cars. Perfect location, close to restaurants, bars and shops. TVs and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

We do not provide sheets, pillowcases, blankets, or towels. Daily beach service (4 chairs and 1 umbrella per apartment).
During your stay, enjoy the ground floor pools, gym, sauna, playroom, and the condominium restaurant. Your pet is also welcome! We accept 1 small pet per reservation, provided it is accustomed to relieving itself in the appropriate place.
There is an extra charge for pet-friendly accommodations — please include your pet in the number of guests. In case of damage or need for cleaning of upholstery or carpets, an additional fee of R$300 may be charged. We count on your cooperation to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.
