We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy. there are exterior camaras in front and back of the apartment for your safety and to verify the number of guests if needed
3)- No illegal substances allowed on the premises
4)- No parties or events 1500$ fine.
5)- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
