Fully renovated in 2024, Zina Villa is a stunning 7+1 bedroom property consisting of two detached buildings, perfectly combining Cycladic architecture, modern amenities, and a refined boho-chic aesthetic. Located on the hillside of Agios Lazaros in Psarou, the villa overlooks Ornos Bay and the islands of Delos and Rhenia, offering breathtaking sunset views from multiple outdoor areas.
The main building features a spacious living room with exceptional sea views, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stovetop and all necessary appliances for effortless cooking. On the ground floor, there are two en-suite queen bedrooms. The upper floor includes one queen bedroom and one double bedroom, both with private bathrooms and balconies overlooking the Aegean.
The underground suite features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and its own independent entrance. It includes essential kitchen appliances, offering privacy and comfort for additional guests.
The second building includes a kitchenette with oven, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, and microwave, as well as two queen bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
All bedrooms share the same elegant boho-chic design and are equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, and safe box. For groups of up to 16 guests, an 8th bedroom can be made available upon request.

The villa offers 2,500 sq.m. of beautifully arranged outdoor spaces, including multiple lounge areas, an olive garden, and a large swimming pool that will be fully renovated for the upcoming season. A live-in housekeeper ensures daily upkeep, while cleaning services and linen changes every three nights provide additional comfort.
