Had a good stay. The highlight is the location which is walkable distance from mahamanam tank. The room is good. Though a kettle could have been added

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. The overall experience was pleasant—the ambience, cleanliness, and room maintenance were excellent. The Wi-Fi connection was also reliable throughout our stay.
However, we faced an issue while driving out of the hotel in the morning. Since the hotel is located on a very narrow and busy road near Mahamaham Kulam, traffic can be quite chaotic, with many road users not following traffic rules. As we were carefully exiting the gate, a motorcyclist riding at high speed brushed against our car, causing a minor scratch.
We felt that the hotel could improve guest safety by having a security guard stationed outside the gate during busy hours to help manage traffic and assist vehicles entering and exiting the property. During the incident, several security personnel were inside the premises, but no one was outside to guide traffic. This small improvement would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and help prevent similar incidents in the future.
Overall, the hotel itself is very good, but better traffic assistance at the entrance would make it even better.
