The nearest beach is just a five-minute walk away, and there are several restaurants and bars nearby where you can enjoy local cuisine. The centre of Nerja is only 5 minutes by car or a 20-minute walk, making this location ideal for those seeking both peace and convenience.
The urbanisation boasts Nerja’s most famous communal swimming pool, with a permanent lifeguard, a children’s pool and a restaurant-bar (open from May to October) serving delicious snacks and meals at very reasonable prices.
The house is spread over two main floors plus a spacious rooftop terrace and offers three terraces in total, perfect for enjoying the sun and the Mediterranean climate. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and air conditioning, and another with two single beds. They share a complete bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. From this floor, there is access to another terrace with lovely countryside views.
On the top floor you will find the large solarium terrace with stunning sea views, a barbecue and a dining area – perfect for al fresco meals or an evening drink while enjoying the sunset.
