    Hi Team, I’m not sure whether this was an Agoda issue or the hotel’s, but the room we received was completely different from the pictures shown online. After a long drive from Delhi to Mussoorie, we were hoping to rest, but the room was in a very poor condition and the hotel informed us no other rooms were available at that time. During the night, I experienced severe itching and later noticed the room was dusty, damp, and poorly maintained, with insects around the old pillows. It honestly felt like the room had not been used or cleaned properly for a long time. We requested a room change the next morning, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Some of the hotel staff were polite and helpful, but unfortunately the situation seemed beyond their control.
