About this apartment rental
Nestled on the grounds of an architect-designed villa perched on the hillside, this annex is designed to offer peace, comfort, and privacy, while allowing for a complete immersion in a unique natural environment.
The approximately 27 m² annex features a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, vanity unit, and toilet, as well as direct access to the infinity pool. From its terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Moorea Island and the ocean.
The outdoor spaces – infinity pool, garden, terrace – are shared with the owner, who resides in the main house. She is very rarely present during the day, ensuring great tranquility while remaining available if needed.
Due to the lack of safety barriers around the pool, the accommodation is not suitable for young children and is reserved for guests aged 15 and over.
Important information:
After your booking is confirmed and fully paid, you will receive a secure link to complete your online check-in, including:
- signing a guest agreement (respect of the property);
- a 150€ security deposit (credit card only), detained 2 days before your arrival and released approx. 5 business days after departure if no damage is found;
- access to optional add-ons (early check-in, late check-out, transport, private chef, etc.), subject to availability.
Your arrival instructions will be available in your boarding pass 2 days before arrival.

While the property is magnificent, we did have some difficulties checking in. The gate code did not work and we waited for over an hour for resolution. They did make an effort to get there, and obviously somebody woke up out of bed to help us at 11pm- which we were very grateful for. Could use an upgrade on the bedding. Stiff. However, the lasting memory is the view and the pool in the most gorgeous setting. In the end, would certainly stay again, with maybe be a backup plan if gate functioning fails.

Our stay was unforgettable, surrounded by endless, breathtaking views! The property features a luxurious pool and beautifully landscaped grounds, creating a true paradise. The management went above and beyond - accommodating our last-minute booking, assisting our taxi driver in finding the location at night, and arranging transportation to the airport. Keep in mind, this peaceful retreat is located away from shops and restaurants, so it is wise to stock up on groceries beforehand to enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The set up includes two separate, private bungalows with the homeowner's main house in between them - offering plenty of privacy and tranquility. A perfect, serene escape!

This was 100% one of the best stays I’ve had. The view was the most amazing part about this place. Sunsets are amazing and the pool is the highlight of this place. I already miss it and if I ever go back to Tahiti I will stay only here again.
