Discover the beauty of Eddyville from our 3-bedroom home. There is a peaceful back-deck and a cozy sun-room with seasonal views of Lake Barkley. Inside, guests find a soothing retreat with a master king suite with a futon, a queen bed room, and a full over twin bunk room perfect for families or group trips. Two bathrooms add convenience, each equipped with basic toiletries if you’ve forgotten yours, towels, and a hair dryer to make your stay comfortable. Our home offers a gorgeous blend of cozy spaces and fresh air, inviting guests to relax and unwind. Whether you’re curling up inside by the fireplace or enjoying the outdoor views and fire pit, our home sets the stage for a memorable getaway. Perfect for families, fisherman, and hunters.
We are just 5 minutes off of I-24. Eddy Creek Marina and Venture River Water Park are both a quick 10 minute drive. Patti’s/Grand Rivers is a 20 minute drive. *Note: We do have 2 outdoor camera’s. One front doorbell camera and one facing the driveway. None of these face private areas, we just use them to monitor our home as we are not always close. The entire property is available for your use during your stay. Please note that the driveway is shared, so we kindly ask that you be respectful of our neighbors at all times.
To help maintain a peaceful environment, parties are not permitted, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Our designated parking areas include the concrete driveway directly in front of the house and the gravel area in front of the shed. We respectfully ask that you do not use the neighboring driveway for parking or turning around.
If you are traveling with a boat or large trailer, please be aware that turning around in the driveway may be quite tight. We recommend keeping this in mind when making your booking and planning your arrival.
