No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Breaker Panel Restricted
No access to mechanical room. Do not touch or adjust the breaker panel for any reason.

No Wood-Burning Fires
Wood-burning fires are strictly prohibited.

Loft
The loft has low ceilings.

Hot Water Information
To ensure everyone’s comfort, please note the home uses an 80-gallon electric water heater. With multiple showers in a short time, hot water may briefly run low but typically replenishes within 30 minutes.

RV Electrical Hookup
The property offers a 50-amp, 220-volt RV electrical station. Guests planning to use this connection will need to bring their own compatible adapter cable.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
