Second-floor unit with short (7-steps) outside entry staircase. Very comfortable bed in quiet secure (3 access codes!) central Phoenix location. Shared garage kept the car cooler. Although the owner is very responsive, booking also involves an officious property management company. Just up the hill is the Wrigley mansion offering an interesting guided tour. Try The Collins small batch kitchen for excellent casual dining, or Blanco for delicious inventive Mexican fare.

This was a great place to stay during our trip to Phoenix. The condo was in a nice quiet area, gate protected and felt very safe. Near a small mountain with beautiful hikes, great restaurants and shopping. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. Check in was slightly complicated only because there were so many emails ahead of time, some of the needed gate codes etc to get in were hard to find. Once that was figured out it was great! Would definitely stay again.

We had a great four night stay. Got good use of the courts right next to condo and met up with family staying at the Biltmore Resort.
