    Overall great stay! Clean room, close to shops and good city view from room. Only thing I would criticize was the bathroom drain was clogged, so water drained slowly and if the elevator is out of service be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs.

    The hotel itself is fabulous, so no complaints there. That said, there's a singular elevator/stairwell that must be accessed via an entrance shared with a restaurant. In the one night I was there, the elevator was out of operation overnight, plus when it was working, the restaurant employees were using it to unload furniture. Understandable that things happen, but more of a callout for better communication around that. Luckily I don't have mobility concerns, but this could have been really difficult for someone who needs accessibility.

    The property manager, Dave, made the process incredibly easy. The ease of checking in through code at any time of day helped tremendously as I flew in at 1am. The hotel is situated in walking distance of everything you'll want to see in down town Montréal. The price was perfect for the location. My room was clean and well lit. No microwave but do to the hotel being cheaper due to having less staff physically on hand I understand as there is 2 Couche-Tard (24 hr convenience stores) within easy walking distance to the hotel. The room looked nice and felt nice, and the staff can even hold your luggage until 4:30pm local time so you can spend the morning exploring before you head to your flight. I cannot recommend this hotel more. It will be my first pick the next time I can go back.
