Excellent location for walking, small but nice rooms (new), great service, lots of food choices nearby. Great wine bar in the building. Windows that open. :-)

Absolutely gross. Both bath towels were full of long blonde/yellow hairs (I have black hair). Using them was disgusting, I ended up with someone else's hair stuck all over my body. It was so gross and disgusting. The washroom, shower, and bedsheets were all dirty with hairs left behind. Housekeeping clearly didn’t do their job cleaning this room, or it’s just this hotel. The walls are so thin too, so there was constant loud noise throughout the stay. I paid over $300 for a single night and honestly feel scammed. There is no view, super super tiny and dirty room. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.
