スタッフの対応がよかった
エレベーターがない事が事前情報として表記がなかった。 小さい子がいる家族連れや足腰の弱い方は大荷物で階段を登り降りしていてかなり大変そうだった。 スタッフがサポートしてもらえるような一言があると助かると思います。 施設はとてもよかったです。 朝食終了時間をもう30分時間を延ばしていただけるとありがたいです。

とても清潔でスタッフの方たちもみなさん丁寧でした。 部屋のシャンプー等もPOLAで揃えてあり香りも良かったです。 朝ごはんも美味しくいただきました。
歯ブラシの質がもう少しよければ嬉しかったです。

朝食が美味しくスタッフさん達も丁寧な声かけをして下さいました。4泊しましたがとても気持ち良かったです。貸出傘やコーヒーのセットなど 客が喜ぶと思われるものが用意されていました。
特段気になる点はありませんでした。
