zentrale Lage, Größe der Wohnung, Reinigungsmittel und ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden, Mikrowelle und Tiefkühler in der Küche vorhanden, Tiefergaragenparkplatz (sauber, trocken)
kaputte Geschirrspülmaschine, Siphon der Spüle tropft, keine Geschirrtücher vorhanden, Waschmaschine schadhaft, intensiver Geruch im unteren Bad, Heizung im unteren Wohnbereich mangelhaft (trotz eingestellter 30°C wurden gerade so 18°C erreicht), leichter Renovierungstau (teilweise löst sich die Tapete) Größtes Manko bei unserem Aufenthalt: trotz zeitnahem Melden der Defekte (Spülmaschine, Heizung) reagierte der Vermieter bis heute nicht - so geht man nicht mit Kunden um!
