staff friendliness, spacious rooms
TV in the small room and the night lamp do not work. The AC in the room by the toilet does not function normally. The apartment is poorly cleaned, lots of dirt and stains on window frames and panes. And they do not seem to follow the booking.com policy that customers can cancel 3 days before arrival and deposit must be handed in within one week! there was an issue in communication with staff members, but they handled it well. so Kudos to that. Thanks
